By accessing or using ThreadMap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThreadMap is an email relationship intelligence platform that connects to your Gmail account to surface contact and company relationship data. It helps you understand your communication patterns and relationship health.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ThreadMap. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

ThreadMap is available for $7/month. You may cancel at any time. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Gmail Data Access

With your explicit consent, ThreadMap accesses your Gmail account to read email metadata (sender, recipient, date, subject) to build your relationship intelligence. We do not read, store, or share the body content of your emails. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreadMap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
